Shipping policy

Hey there! Here's everything you need to know about shipping from dooneyel.

⏰ When will my order ship?
We process orders Monday through Friday (not including US holidays). The daily cut-off is 3:00 PM Eastern Time – order before then and we'll start processing it the same day. Processing usually takes 1–3 business days. If we're super busy, it might take a couple of extra days – we'll email you if that happens.

🚚 How long will delivery take?
After your order leaves our warehouse, expect 7–15 business days for delivery. So total from click to door: about 8–18 business days. Sometimes carriers are slow due to weather or holidays – we can't control that, but we'll help if something goes wrong.

💰 How much does shipping cost?
Free! Every US order ships for free.

📦 Who delivers?
USPS, UPS, or FedEx – we'll pick the best one for your address.

📬 Will I get tracking?
Yes! We'll email you a tracking number as soon as your order ships. It usually starts working within 24–48 hours.

❌ I typed my address wrong – help!
Email us right away at support@dooneyel.shop. If your package comes back to us, you'll need to pay for reshipment.

📦 My package says "Delivered" but it's not here?
First, check with neighbors or your building. Then contact the carrier. We'll try to help, but once the carrier marks it "Delivered", we can't be responsible for lost or stolen packages.

💔 My item arrived damaged?
Oh no – we're sorry! Please:
1. Keep the box and everything inside
2. Take clear photos
3. Email us within 48 hours at support@dooneyel.shop with your order number and photos
We'll send a replacement or refund you.

🌎 Do you ship internationally?
We mostly ship within the US. If international shipping is available at checkout, you'll be responsible for any customs fees or taxes.
